SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-H74 in non-reduced (lane 1) and β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as 130-180 kDa.

- The CD27 antibody has been reported in applications of ELISA, FC, S-ELISA, Stim, CFSE, Inhib, Activ.
ELISA: Purified T cells (1 × 105 T cells/well) were added to wells of a 96 well plate or 1.5 × 106 cells/well of a 24 well plate) and stimulated with Abs for different durations from 24 to 72 h at 37 °C in a humidified CO2 incubator. Cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 basal medium supplemented with 10 % heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum, L-Glutamine, and penicillin/streptomycin. Cell-free culture supernatants were obtained by centrifugation and frozen at −20 °C for cytokine and biomarker analysis.
